Where are your products made ?
All our products are manufactured by us in South Africa. We use only the best quality materials and have consulted medical professionals to implement the best designs.
can i purchase in bulk to wholesale ?
We supply both wholesale and retail clients. If you would like to wholesale our products please call or email us for further information.
how do i make payment ?
We offer multiple payment methods which are guaranteed secure. You can make a direct deposit into our account (Please use your order number and name as a reference). Our banking details can be found on the top of your order confirmation. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared. Preferably you may checkout using PayFast, instant EFT or Credit Card.
can you personalise products ?
Embroidery and customization is available at an additional cost. If you would like to add it to your product please select the appropriate options when selecting your product. For more information on embroidery and pricing please see our embroidery terms.
what is your delivery policy ?
Normal orders without customization are delivered in 1-4 working days.
Customized orders are delivered in +/- 10 working days.
Collection is offered free of charge at our premises in Johannesburg. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Normal Post office delivery is offered at R60 flat rate. Post office delivery takes +/- 7 – 10 working days.
Courier/Postnet is the preferred option and offered at R80 for the first item and R20 for each additional item.
what is your returns policy ?
We kindly do not accept returns unless our product is defective.
We offer a 7 day exchange period in certain instances.
The product will be exchanged at the expense of the buyer and must be in the new condition that the product was received in. Once we receive the product we will gladly make the exchange.
