1. Description of goods and/or services
SuperScrubs is a business in the medical supplies industry that retails medical apparel.
Sizes and colours might vary slightly as all our products are handmade and picked.
Colours are for depiction purposes only and might not represent the actual colour of the product as they tend to get distorted during photography.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 – 4 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email. If orders are customized by adding embroidery or a logo orders will be processed in 10 business days and delivered thereafter.
We try our best to fulfill order deliveries before the given time.
We make use of a few courier options to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. The couriers we use are FastWay couriers, The Courier Guy, PostNet or Speed Services. All the above methods are courier options even though the collection point might be a store in the case of a rural area.
The Post Office option is the least preferred and delivery will be made in 7 – 10 working days.
We offer collection in Johannesburg by appointment only.
All products are checked and sealed securely before being shipped.
We cannot be held liable for any delays or loss by the courier or post office. All products are at the client’s risk once it has let our premises.
Embroidery is offered as an optional extra on all orders for a name, profession and logo, each are charged at a premium.
Embroidery takes approximately 10-12 working days from the day after the order is placed and thereafter the order will take 1-4 working days to be delivered via courier.
The above is not an exact time frame but rather an indication.
Once embroidery has started we will not accept any exchanges, returns or refunds.

4. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
5. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods by SuperScrubs is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SuperScrubs will refund the client in full within 30 days.
We do not accept returns unless our product is defective.
We offer exchanges. There is a 7-day exchange period from the date of receiving your order.
The product being exchanged will be exchanged at the expense of the client and will have to be in the same new condition that the product was received in.
Once we receive the product, we will gladly make the exchange.
For non-singular orders, custom orders, bulk or large orders a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken. The other outstanding 50% will be paid once the order has been complete.
For non-singular orders, custom orders, bulk or large orders i.e. orders of 5 items and above, there will be no exchanges, returns or refunds.
Orders with any customization or embroidery do not qualify for any exchanges, returns or refunds once the order has been processed or placed.
Our products are hand made and therefore might vary slightly. This is applicable to sizing, colour and stitching. We do our utmost best to keep all products consistent. It is due to the nature of the industry that the above is applicable.
SuperScrubs shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
8. Payment options accepted
We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience such as credit card via PayGate or PayFast as well as Instant Eft and Direct Bank Transfer. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the SuperScrubs bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
9. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for SuperScrubs via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African as well as PayFast depending on your checkout choice.
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
10. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by SuperScrubs separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
11. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
SuperScrubs takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
13. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SuperScrubs chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
SuperScrubs may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
