-NOTICE: SHIPPING DELAY DURING HOLIDAY SEASON

We would like you to let our customers know that there will be a shipping delay due to Christmas and New Year Holiday season. There will be delays from the 22nd of December 2022 till the 10th of January 2023. Please check out the detailed information regarding orders and shipping schedule below before your shopping.

Delivery Schedule

■ Customised (Embroidery & Logo):

Orders with embroidery/branding will be closed on the 16th of December 2022. Any customised orders placed after this date will only be processed when we reopen ion the 10th of January 2023. The lead time for embroidery orders will be +/- 12 working days after we reopen.

■ Ordinary orders:

Ordinary orders that do NOT have any branding will be processed up until the 22nd of December 2022 12:00pm.

Orders placed after the 22nd of December 2022 12:00pm will be processed after the 10th of January 2023.

Ordinary orders take +/- 4 working days for delivery.

-There could be 1~2 days delay in delivery during the holiday seasons due to increasing of delivery quantities.
